At Flowers on First, we strive to provide the freshest possible flowers delivered in a timely manner. We understand how important your flower or gift delivery is and therefore we aim at providing the best quality and service possible. For this reason Flowers on First offers a customer satisfaction guarantee. If you believe that our flowers or service are not up to the standard they should be, please contact us within 48 HOURS to resolve the issue. Most situations can be resolved with a redelivery or an apology on our behalf.
Flowers are a seasonal perishable product and sometimes we need to substitute a particular flower if it not available at the time of your order. Products will be made to look as closely to the original flower arrangement as possible, if we cannot closely reproduce your order, we will contact you to discuss an alternative replacement.
The standard price is representative of the product pictured. The premium price will indicate a larger sized floral arrangement or gift hamper.
Flowers on First sells food hampers as well as flowers and gifts that can include alcohol as part of the hamper or gift. We are able to include alcohol as part of an order but this alcohol cannot be sold separately.
All gifts which include alcohol cannot be ordered by a minor. Gifts which include alcohol cannot be delivered to, or accepted by a minor, nor can the gift be left at a premises without being accepted by an adult.
A $10 delivery fee is included in the purchase price of your flowers.
All care is taken to ensure that your flowers are delivered in a timely manner. Same day delivery is usually available, but not guaranteed for restricted delivery locations.
Delivery times can be requested but cannot be guaranteed. Every effort will be made to complete your order in the requested time, but sometimes certain locations or areas are restricted with delivery times. Being regional we deliver to rural and distant locations where sometimes only an afternoon delivery can be made. Please phone through special requests for deliveries. Sometimes special arrangements can be made.
Flowers on First do not deliver to Rural Lots or unmarked delivery locations.
If an incorrect delivery address is provided, then a second delivery charge will be applicable.
We aim to have your order delivered to your loved one within 4 hours of receipt of your order, however we reserve the right to deliver your flowers up to 6 PM Monday to Friday or 4PM on a Saturday. If your require delivery within business hours, please alert us to the time that the delivery must be made by.
Flowers on First do not deliver of Sundays or Public Holidays. Your order will automatically be delivered on the next business day.
All cancellations will incur an administration/ cancellation fee of $25.00 unless the cancellation is made with 24 hours notice. If the flowers are already prepared, or, are with our courier for delivery then full payment for goods is required.
Refunds and exchange.
Flowers will not be exchanged. Giftware can be exchanged if returned to Flowers on First within one week of purchase. A refund is possible in certain situations.
If a customer is not satisfied with the quality of a floral product provided, the floral product can be returned to the Flowers on First on the day of receiving the flowers to receive a refund.
All approved refunds made online, by telephone or in store will be refunded to the original credit or debit card that the purchase was made with.
Cash purchases will be refunded in cash, or a store voucher can be issued to the value of the purchase.
A 20% deposit will secure your wedding date with Flowers on first.
All payments to be made in full two weeks prior to the event. No refunds if cancellation is less than two weeks prior to the event. Postponement of events will be discussed and agreed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability and stock.
Cancellations less than 4 weeks prior to the event are subject to a refund of %50 (Not including stock)
Cancellations less than six weeks before the event are eligible for a refund of the deposit.
Cancellations six weeks in advance of the event are refundable in full.
